The hotel was clean and the pool area is very nice.
The first room was clean, but obviously needed repairs, as one of the door jams was split and someone used screws to try to repair it instead of replacing it. Then on the 3rd day the air conditioner went out and we had to move into the room next door, the wife was not happy!! This room was not much better, you had to have the tv on in both rooms to get reception and the light in the kitchen area was pretty much a strobe light!

The spa and pool was nice and the pool area was clean.
The bed was hard and lumpy and thechairs were stained. Bathroom needs to be remodeled.

The breakfast layout was excellent.
The pool was not clean, we did not get in. It was a little on the green side.

Pool looked nice, although I didn't have any time to use it. Property was old, but seemed well maintained. New a/c unit in room that worked well. Kithen area with full size refrigerator was nice to have. Freeway access just a block away. Quiet at night....at least it was after midnight when I got back from being out.
Room was very small. TV picture was really bad. Lighting was all fluorescent bulbs, very bright and cold feeling. Room seemed really old........like 70's, but clean and well maintained. Took over twenty five minutes just to check-out in the morning. There were six people in line and only one girl doing everything by herself, including answering the phones. Hotel property was nice, but neighborhood was not a very good area at all. This part of Mesa isn't good and had lots of road construction and traffic.

The quality of all Staff members. The front desk people, the maids and the breakfast "server" were great. The sunny dispositioned gal who helps with the Continental Breakfast got positive kudos from everyone (probably not much monetarily, however)
We were very pleasef with this motel and would recommend it.

What I liked is that u guys had diminish pizza silver late at nights and as well dilvered to the hotel room :-)

They allow pets, that's about it....
This place should be $20 less per night...lame breakfast or not. The AC is in the other room from the beds, so there is no air circulation in the bedroom...not ideal when it's 85 outside much less 110. The maids roll their carts over the expansion joints in the concrete starting at 7AM....clunk, clunk....clunk,clunk. It's almost like they want to get guests going.

the carped in the rooms were so dirty our feet were black. after the 3rd room it was a little better.

Great staff, budget friendly, complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, very comfortable king size bed
Hot tub was not working.....water was cold....problem with the thermostat I think. Would be nice if the pool lounge recliners had a foam pad on them to increase comfort.
